  We had an electrical fault that was tripping our power, MNR found it when no one else could!

  Start to finish, amazingly friendly and professional service. We had 3 electricians come to find the fault in our flat who found nothing. MNR came and found it straight away! Great communication and scheduling, they were always informative about what was happening and honest about cost (which was great!) we won't be using anyone else from now on!

  Emergency attendance at loss of supply problem.

  Attended on a Sunday I had no power at all, he carried out some diagnostics and identified what the problem was. The problem was external so he contacted UKPN and arranged their engineer to attend and set up temporary feed until the damaged cable can be repaired/replaced. While he was there we discussed some other work I was considering getting done he provided me with a very reasonable quote so agreed to the works being carried out next week. After he left he kept in touch to make sure the UKPN engineer sorted the temporary feed. For me he went beyond what I expected.
