  Outside subcontractors used and vastly overcharged.

  I was advised that new rafters were required and the increased cost was £25k . Due to the urgency and equipment they requested £20k. They said they used their own workers. However the latest two firms (1day only) had never worked for them before and would never work for them again. They said the standard of work carried out by the previous workers were advised as being poor. The last ones hadn't even been paid. . The latter two said they would have charged about between £8.5k and £10k. They also said new rafters were not required. The cost of materials and labour was about £4k so £16k profit

  Highly recommend roofing team

  MNM Roofing are highly recommended. Martin has been incredibly communicative throughout the process of getting our garage flat roof redone due to water damage. The quality of the work is excellent and they kindly cleared some of the gutters as well after spotting some vegetation growing. I will be using them for any future work.

  All work was done to the highest standard, very efficient , friendly workforce and as promised every thing was done on time ie scaffolding erection and removal all waste was cleared as agreed on time i can highly recomend this company

  We needed some pointing done on our roof. When they were up on our roof they did a full assessment, taking video to show us. It was a good job we got them in as we needed more work doing than the pointing. The work they did on our roof was of a very high standard, the team took there time did not rush the job and they kept us updated throughout the day on the progress. The team were also very polite and friendly. After the job was completed they came round the next day and cleared up all the mess and took it away. The work was reasonably priced. I would recommend MNM roofing Ltd
