5 Poor workmanship and unprofessional service

Good initial communication but the work was very poor. Trim appeared included then was suddenly an extra cost. The laminate was left uneven with bad cuts, protruding nails, gaps and panels not clicked in. They cancelled once, arrived late the next time, then blamed the trim they had started firring before walking off the job. What they fitted was crooked, misaligned and even upside down in places. They also left chips on damage plus rubbish in the house. We had to hire someone else to fix everything. A costly and frustrating mistake.Verified reviewerJob location: SS010 Kitchen installation

Job location: SE16Absolutely perfect kitchen installation. The workers were great – professional, tidy, and really knew what they were doing. The boss was extremely helpful throughout, giving loads of advice on materials and options, which made the whole process stress-free. M&M Renovations were so good and so helpful that I’ve already booked them in for multiple other jobs on top of the kitchen they installed. Highly recommend.- JJonathan P

Delighted with the job completed by M&M. They turned up when they said they would, completed the job in the quoted time and charged the quoted price. No extra charges even though they did extra bits and completed the job to the highest standard.
