  Really impressed. From their first visit to scope the job through to carrying out the repairs the service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and delivered top quality repairs. Would recommend.

  New roof and velux window.

  Martin anx team fitted a new roof and installed a bright new velux window in loft. Not only were we Delighted with the job, but they completed in 2 days sooner than expected. Great service. Thank you. 😊

  Roof repair

  Company contacted on Tuesday and agreement made to have a look at the roof on Thursday at 1pm. I waited in all afternoon but no one showed up. I tried to contact them but no reply. 24 hours later and I have had no contact from this company to explain why they did not show up. No apology. Nothing.

  Repairs to roof

  Totally unreliable! Very disappointed with the service. I was let down on 3 occasions and he didn't even have the decency to let me know he wasn't coming. After the first two missed appointments, he made some excuses about the weather. Each time it was no worse than a usual summer day - sunshine and showers - hardly a deterrent for visiting a property to quote for work. After failing to turn up for the third time he hasn't even bothered to reply to my messages Would never recommend!

  Martin provides excellent communication from start to finish. Clear explanation of problems, what needs fixed, and proposed remedies. Timekeeping and reliability good. Completed work from ground level appears excellent. Tidy finish with minor exception where window accessed for power left open resulting in some render on floor. Tidied up by me. Apology from Martin made promptly and well received. Martin’ s team appear to have carried out the work diligently, skilfully, and with an eye for detail. I would highly recommend Martin and his team for a quality, and friendly, professional, approach.
