Needed to upgrade my fuse board to meet current regs to get an EICR. Mick from MM Electrical Design was very professional and courteous in my home while he carried out his work. unlike the last tradesperson who turned up an hour late, Mick, the electrical engineer who carrying out the test, was on time and was both polite and personable... during the testing he was thorough and actually took the time to rectify the last engineer's poor recording of data on both the fuse board and the paperwork, which did not correspond as it should.... added to this, the job was made easy with clear and continual communication from the team in the office.... keep this up guys, big well done .... :-)))

I definitely recommend MM Electrical. Over the last four months, they have completed an EICR, a consumer unit upgrade, oven installation, and new sockets/pendants. Mick is a great communicator and provides reasonable, itemised quotes that stick to the final price. His workmanship is great; he even filled old drill holes and used vacuum extraction to keep the dust minimal. He frequently goes above and beyond, fixing safety risks like missing wire caps and fixing loose socket, including them in original costs. Reliable, punctual, and professional—we will definitely use them for future work.

From getting details of the first job via WhatsApp, to completion of the second job at a new address, polite, friendly and well priced.
