  Jim got in touch straight away and followed up when he said he would. He was genuine and gave a thorough explanation of the process they would follow doing the CCTV survey. He was careful in explaining the issues that came up and I'd recommend them - I'd definitely use them again. Thanks Jim.

  Call the 2 guys for a blocked toilet, came within 2 hours after finishing another job. Very knowledgeable and sorted the issue even though it wasn't very easy or straightforward. Great price and won't rip you off. Would highly recommend

  Jim and mick got in touch within 20 minutes of the job being posted, came the next day, found the problem what was a blocked soil stack full of cast iron from previous shoddy work, they got it all out checked it again with the camera and all was sorted, can’t thank them both enough cheers

  Jim and Mick provided exceptional service. They phoned promptly and quoted a good price. They turned up at the exact time that had been agreed and carried out the CCTV survey, showing us what repairs were needed and allowed me to take photos for my records. They returned the following week, again at the exact time agreed and carried out the repairs, again allowing me to take photos.
