I have used Mike twice recently-first for my washing machine & again today for a fault with our extractor fan. I cannot fault the service .Mike texts you with a 2 hour time slot & always arrives promptly. The call out charge is very resonable & all costs are pointed out before any work is undertaken, so there are no hidden extra's

Mike was brilliant - he responded to my request and came to fix my washer dryer door. He was professional at all times, transparent about costs and wait times for parts. Overall, a brilliant service, I’d highly recommend.

Second time we've used M&M for appliance repairs. First was to fix our washing machine and just now to fix our dishwasher. Both times have received really excellent service, and for a reasonable price. Really quick response time and great communication throughout. Would 100% recommend to anyone with any appliance issues.

Mike responded promptly and repaired the washing machine within an hour. I sent him photos beforehand so he could assess the issue, and he arrived fully prepared to fix the machine. He also inspected the water hose, identified a potential future problem, and repaired that as well. Very helpful and professional!

This company is fantastic- we use time after time and are always pleased. It is value for money, professional and efficient. We have a call out each year because he is very thorough, our machine is very old - I love it! This time he also picked up a fault on our plug which was going to be a fire hazard, for very little extra he changed the plugs on the wall and they’re working now - the old ones were melted behind.. Thank goodness he checked this too or we may have had a fire… so safety is also a priority with M&M. He goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable too! Thank you so much!
