  From initial contact, until completion of works, Michael and his team provided a thorough and friendly service. Initial discussion, project management, multi-step process, liasing with additional tradespeople as required. Costing was kept to agreed levels, with anything additional always fully discussed with optional ways forward. Even towards the end of the project Michael and his team continued to provide the same level of professionalism...... Put simply these guys are very easy to recommend and we shall happily be using them ourselves for future works!

  Home renovation

  I was looking for a local company to rip out a old kitchen and knock through into another room to maximise my kitchen space along with a new kitchen, plastering, electrics and plumbing . After contacting numerous companies I came across MM building . Mike and his team where on time,clean and any issues that where unforseen where resolved in a timely manner. Very professional service with a high end finish . Will be using Mike and his team on future projects .

  Full Cottage Renovation

  Working with Michael and his team has been a pleasure from start to finish. He has been professional, courteous and conducted himself with integrity doing the things he said he was going to do and being transparent at every point. The project was a full renovation of a very old cottage and though Michael and his team ran into problems due to the age of the property (over 100 years), he has been able to produce a fantastic result. I'm extremely happy with the finished product and will absolutely be using Michael and his team again. A*** service!

  Removing brickwork which had moved, adding helix bars and re-bricking

  I received a quote from MM building and construction after having the work explained to me in layman's terms. They turned up when they said they would, did the job that was promised to my satisfaction, and charged me a fair price as per the quote. What more could be asked of a builder, very professional and I'm happy with the work.

  Extension and creation of courtyard garden.

  Mike and his team managed the complete build for us from finding an architect and submitting plans to providing rendering in the required colour. As ideas for the interior evolved, his flexible approach meant that changes in design could be easily incorporated and we have ended up with a room even better than we had hoped. The team worked really hard to make sure that the interior was useable for Christmas. The final finish of the build and the creation of the outside space was then done to a very high standard. The team fitted everything from patterned floor tiles to a spiral staircase.
