  Flat roof replacement

  Needed a flat roof, 4 floors up replacing. Martin got back very quickly to an enquiry and with a quote. Work done as quick as the wet weather allowed but always kept us up to date about what was happening. Managed to replace the guttering as well though not easy at that height! Martin and team very easily to talk to and discuss issues as came up regarding the condition of the roof. I would highly recommend Martin and his team and very happy with the work he has done. Also happy to be contacted if someone wants to check Martin's work.

  Multiple roof jobs on an old house

  My wife & I have been doing work on our "bit of a project" home since we bought it 12 years ago. In that time we've only done make do & mend jobs on the roof but at the end of last year, after springing two leaks, we realized we needed some help. We contacted 6 companies. Only two responded, of which one was MLS Roofing. Martin was in touch quickly & made time to come & assess our challenges. He put a dry ridge system on the annex as the ridge tiles were shot, fixed the leaking soil pipe & replaced a felt flat roof that was starting to leak. Very happy with the work!

  Replace old and damaged felt

  Great firm always very courteous caused no disruption in work and tidyedup after days work. Price was good I checked going rate before and they were right on. Good value for good job. Have recommend them to my neighbours who know they will have to do similar work in the future

  Re-felting pitch and flat roofs

  Martin kept us informed throughout the work. Very professional, skilled workers. Martin sorted out any extra roof jobs that were needed such as chimney repairs and he also painted it for us afterwards! Thank you.

  Replace garage roof.

  The team turned up promptly, worked tirelessly through out the day, made many suggestions on how to improve the fitting, saving money and improving the finish. Their enthusiasm for the job was outstanding and made the job a real pleasure. If only more trades were like this. I would recommend them to anyone, a more reliable and trusting team I have yet to meet.
