  Marshall turned up to do our job of doing gable end taking all old mortar out and new plastic system he explained everything he was doing very polite and friendly cleaned up as they went done a fantastic job looks amazing will definitively be having him back for other jobs very professional

  House repointing

  I contacted ML Roofing and Building to give us a quote for my sons semi repointing and Marshall was quick to come out and give us the quote the same evening. We chose them to do the job out of a few different people who had given us quotes too and they were always polite and hardworking. We are very happy with the finished result and have asked him to quote for another job at our house.

  Roof leak fixed

  I had water leaking in during heavy rain in one section of the house, Marshall and Liam came to look and identified the issue. Marshall came back a few days later with another lad and fixed the problem, and didn’t take long to sort either. It’s been 2 months now and no signs of any leaks even with a lot of heavy rain, so very happy with the job they’ve done.

  Marshall explained everything very easily so I knew exactly what work needed to be done, and showed me photos before and after. Work was done quickly and was cheaper compared to other quotes. Would definitely recommend.
