Safe hands. Quick response, free assessment and quotation where they explained (in simple terms) the findings and works needed. As explained and expected, I paid a small deposit up front considering the level of works needed just to cover the materials costs. The team were polite and professional and Nathan kept me updated along the way. Nathan also answered any questions I had during the works and agreed for an end of work assessment to show what had been done and sign off the works to my satisfation before payment. As a first time home owner, very satisfied with the team and their work.
