I asked M L Property Maintenance to quote for the repair of a felted flat roof. From start to finish a professional job. Good communication about what was needed at the quote stage and a reasonable price. The work was carried out not long after on the first dry day. Very pleased with the quality of the work and all was left tidy afterwards.

Malty came to the house and gave my leaking roof a thorough inspection. He gave me the reasons for the leaks and the work he would do to stop the leak and make the roof waterproof and end my problems. After discussing the options with my family we decided that ML Property Maintenance were the company we would hire. Malty and his team turned up on our agreed day and stripped the problem area and replace all parts needed to make the roof leak free again. All rubbish was removed and area cleaned. The roof now looks amazing and leak free. Very professional. Will be hiring again for other work.

I would like to leave a review about this company that I have used very recently. Firstly the prompt way that they dealt with my roofing issue the owner came straight away had a look at the fault and gave me a quote and gave me a great quote on what needed to be done to fix the problem.before I knew it the scaffolding team arrived what a great bunch of guys totally professional in they're work .the Roofers turned up a couple of days later and done a Fantastic job very clean and tidy from the moment they started until they finished lovely bunch of guys I would highly recommend this company 👍👍
