  Mike was friendly, informative and his work is just beautiful! We had quite a few bits done, from banisters to custom stair gates and they’ve really turned our house into a home. He’s super particular and makes sure everything is to standard and kept us informed every step of the way. We can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be using his services again!   Mike from MLM Bespoke Carpentry is quite simply the man you're looking for. It's always a bit of a worry when looking for someone to carry out work, but Mike is a homeowner's dream. His communication when arranging quotes and timings is brilliant and then moving forward he will patiently explain and work through options to your complete satisfaction. He just gets on with the work, there's no wasted time and he cleans up, leaving no mess behind. Mike sourced and fitted 6 internal doors which are now prefect and also fitted a new loft hatch. Fantastic work – thanks Mike!

  Hanging interior doors

  We are so pleased with the service, from start to finish. Had 5 new solid doors hung. We were listened to, advised and the job was carried out perfectly and neatly. I've never had a tradie visit and leave no dust. Literally not a spec. I was expecting a huge clean up so it was a load off my mind. There was a problem with one of the doors we ordered from b&q, it had a dent in it that none of us noticed and Mike fixed it up it looks good as new. Already planning the next project with help from MLM. Excellent value and quality.

  Fitting 5 new internal doors with handles etc.

  Mike kept me in the loop regarding arrival times and arrived when he said. He was also around for questions when I was buying doors etc so a few messages were exchanged! Over 1.5 days all doors were done and they all swing and lock perfectly. Mike was very clean to my wife's delight and was happy to take questions, as well as giving post fitting advice for staining etc. Excellent experience and would hire again...which may be on the cards if we were any good a decision making.

  Media wall, bespoke cupboards and wall covering

  Great experience. Good communication throughout and helpful advice. Took time to listen to what we wanted and we were very pleased with end product. Professional and to an excellent standard and would not hesitate to use again
