I asked Marc to build an extension to my bungalow. We talked about what I would like, he gave me advice and guidance on the process, drew up the plans and dealt with the paperwork. One thing I knew I wanted was a vaulted ceiling and Marc suggested that it has Velux windows. That was a fabulous idea, they are superb. Darren and John were punctual, reliable and tidy. A couple of unforeseen problems arose during the build and were dealt with promptly. The new open plan look definitely has the wow factor. Described as impressive by a building inspector, myself and all who visit agree.

Marc and the team did a fantastic job. Marc was great at communicating and making sure I had no surprises. He was also flexible to make adjustments when I wanted them. The quality of the work is excellent. Shout out to Darren and John who were a joy to have around and made the whole process much more bearable (we lived in the house during the work). They definitely went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and quality. From the initial quote to completion Marc took care of the project. This included the build itself but also arranging building control, window quotes, energy survey, electricians / heating engineers (we used Marc's recommended and they were both excellent as well). We will be back in contact again for future building work for sure.

Marc and his team have been excellent from initial discussions, drawing up and approval of plans, meeting Building Regulations and final completion of building work on an additional bedroom and wet-room. Marc has project-managed the work and regularly met and discussed current and future progress. All aspects of the building work have been undertaken to a high standard, his team of Darren and John are professional, reliable, friendly and helpful and always kept the site clean and tidy. We have nothing but praise for Marc and his team who have been very pleasant and professional to deal with from start to finish of our build. He provided a full breakdown of the costs and a schedule of when each payment would be invoiced which enabled us to manage our finances smoothly. The builders were very considerate and tidied up at the end of each day, doing their utmost to preserve our lawn and garden. The build consisted of a utility, a toilet and separate shower and a lounge/bedroom and we would not hesitate to recommend Marc and his team.

Marc was brilliant from start to finish. He took care of all the plannings and engineering works as well as submitting all relevant forms to our local council. Kept us informed and updated at every stage. We could not fault his team of builders, they were professional family men who we got on well with, always on time and cleaned up every day after themselves. The brickwork was outstanding and even matched the white cladding on existing extension and looks amazing. They even kept all the dust to a minimum.We couldn’t believe our luck coming across M L Daws ltd and would definitely use again!
