MLC Ltd carried out a complete renovation of my home, including installation of a new patio door, new kitchen, fitted wardrobes, new shower, tiling, patio work, new radiators, full interior painting, and exterior painting. All work was completed to a very high standard. The James and Richard were professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail. We hhave recently used MLC Building Maintenance for various work, replacing internal doors, light switches and sockets, both internal and outdoor lights and also fitting a new consumer unit (fuse box) to bring us up to date with current regulations.
