ML Builders have completely stripped out & renovated our Edwardian Semi. We have so enjoyed our experience of working with Malcolm (a kinder man you couldn't wish to meet) and his incredibly able team. He quickly understood what we were wanting & has co-ordinated the build such that barely a day has gone by without action. Communication has been exceptional, we've had onsite chats with him several times a week & any message or call is very quickly responded to. The result - a very efficient build as per our remit. Quotes and invoices have been very detailed too - very transparent and fair.

There is a reason why you booka master builders. Malcolm and his team did an outstanding job. They are highly professional, reliable, courteous. They are approachable, and extremely helpful, coming up with ideas in budget. Nothing is too much trouble and they tidy up at the end of each day. They have a great network of other trades to ensure smoothly transition of the project. The bill is in detail and they keep to budget If you want a stress free build, with hardworking, honest individuals that take pride in their work, then I would highly recommend Malcolm and his team.

Malcolm and his team were fantastic throughout our whole build. We were nervous about how our autistic son would cope with it all, but very much thanks to how Malcolm and his team managed the build his routine was barely affected. Everyone working on site was friendly and did a high standard of work. Very happy with the end result, completed inline with the original quote. Brilliant company to work with. Malcolm takes a personal interest in ensuring any issues were overcome and that we were happy - often going the extra mile to do so. Entire team very friendly, polite and respectful. Great attention to a quality result (reaffirmed by the Building Control inspector who commented that we had picked ourselves a good builder). Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone planning a project.

Communication was excellent, the team were very courteous. The workforce kept the site tidy each day. The M&E contractors were very swift in their installation. I would not have any hesitation to contact them again for further works.
