Mark, with Emille and Sophie, did an excellent job changing our oil-fired heating boiler. Our 29-year-old wall-hung boiler was beyond-repair and servicing. I invited Mark to come and quote for the job and found him to be professional, friendly and helpful. He assessed the need for a replacement that was appropriate for the size of our house and explained what was needed in terms I could understand (ie no techno-speak) and gave considered answers to questions. After his visit, he sent the estimate for the work quickly.

Mark and his team were fantastic. There was a lot to work through on 2 aged boilers. Not only did the team work thoroughly to understand a complex installation, they problem solved, repaired and serviced the two boilers, replacing the few parts that needed replacing. Great perseverance and lovely people to deal with. I felt informed at all times.

A huge thank you to the ML Blakeman team for their work in installing new radiators (and associated work) to our home. At their initial visit Mark gave great guidance and advice on what would be needed to improve our old radiator systems and options for future ASHP. When it came to installation, Emille was fantastic – working in a thorough and considerate manner, checking in with us regularly in a polite and friendly way. We would highly recommend!

Carried out a full and much needed boiler service, replacing parts that were clearly about to fail. Excellent communications, and a job well done with no mess left behind. Thanks Mark, much appreciated! Adam
