  Professional and Honest, Saved Me Thousands

  Matt and his team were absolutely brilliant. I'd been quoted £17k for a full rewire by a large firm. Matt was refreshingly skeptical, came straight out, fixed my failed immersion switch on the spot, then arranged an EICR that day. Their conclusion: no rewire needed, just targeted work. Completed professionally over two days for around £1.6K-a fraction of the original quote and exactly what was actually needed. Honest, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout. They really cared about getting it right rather than overselling. Can't recommend them highly enough and will definite use again.

  Performed an unsafe installation, leaving potential fire risk

  Matt came to us to install new kitchen lights, assess why some lights were flickering, and replace some old outdoor lights. Unfortunately, some of the lights he installed kept going on and off. Upon inspection he had installed them upside down. This meant that the power switch was stuck half way between the on and off position. I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed that not only was this in contravention of their installation instructions, it also posed a small fire risk.   Was recommended Matt by my decorator and was not disappointed. Matt attended, quoted and carried out the work quickly, working around the decorator. He’s done a superb job and can find no fault. 10/10 in all areas.

  Faulty light and socket

  The engineer kept me informed at all times. He arrived promptly. Was professional, polite and friendly. He explained what was wrong with our socket and light, what was needed to fix it, then purchased the equipment needed and returned promptly and fixed the light and socket, with no mess left afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this company/engineer. A very pleasant person who resolved our problem very efficiently. Very pleased with the service provided.
