William came the same day to view the leak and gave a reasonable quote for the work needed. Our situation was a little unusual which meant William had to try several different approaches but was determined to find a solution. This company really did go above and beyond to complete the job, so I would highly recommend them.

I called them about a leaking gutter and spoke to William. He arrived at the agreed time, observered the gutter from the ground and said he would put up his ladder and might be able to fix the problem straight away. If so, he would not charge me. He then managed to secure the gutter., I thanked him and he left. The gutter appears fine on this rainy morning. Needless to say MK Roofing will be the first on my list should any problems arise.

I bit of an unusual scenario with a property I am looking to purchase and had limited access to it. A survey highlighted a few issues with parts of the roof, I called William and he was more than happy to visit and provide evaluation and quote of what is required to fix. He documented the issues and also sent his drone up to take a good look. Very professional and great communications, I would strongly recommend him and will be using him to carry out the work.
