I bit of an unusual scenario with a property I am looking to purchase and had limited access to it. A survey highlighted a few issues with parts of the roof, I called William and he was more than happy to visit and provide evaluation and quote of what is required to fix. He documented the issues and also sent his drone up to take a good look. Very professional and great communications, I would strongly recommend him and will be using him to carry out the work.

I'm glad that I chose MK Roofing & Building Ltd to install lead flashing on my chimneys. William was able to quote and get the job done very soon after viewing the problem, saving me anymore leaks to my loft area. The guys were very polite and respectful and worked quickly and efficiently without any fuss despite being close to a busy road making space to work difficult. I would happily recommend these guys and will contact them again next time I need anything done.
