Jon and team did a complete bathroom refurb, re-fitted out our utility, boot room and porch. They also laid a large patio around the house. The work included fitting cupboards, plastering, electrics, plumbing etc. We are very happy with the finished work. The guys were great, and friendly. My only slight criticism is that they could have been a little better at cleaning up, but that applies to most builders.

We started with a vision on a render, but the help Jon and the team at MK Property & Development Ltd delivered far beyond that. The quality of the work is exceptional, but what really makes them stand out is how they operate. They take ownership, they care, and they hold themselves to a standard that is genuinely rare in this industry. When other trades pulled out last minute and left us stuck, Jon stepped in, took control, and just got it done. Genuinely great people who take real pride in their work. We only wish we had found them sooner. There’s no one else we’d trust with our home.

They opened up a load-bearing wall and re-plastered the rooms. The job was done perfectly; we’re really happy with the results. They were friendly and helped with any questions we had. We would use them again for any future work.

Had a full roof and dormer change and refurbished, had cladding put on the dormers and full joists lats and roof changed, the team were always ontime evey morning, communication was excellent, i have had the whole neighbourhood come round and compliment the look of the house. I would highly recommend MK Properties to anyone. And i will definitely be using them for future projects again.

Workmanship? Superb! We were having a nightmare of a time trying to get two leaking roofs repaired. Jon and his colleagues came to the rescue providing the best solution possible within a tight budget. Both of the roofs have never looked better! Communication? Excellent from the very start; and happy to take on board our request when figuring out a solution. Reliability? Always on time, willing to be flexible to get the job done. Would we recommend? Outright! We've hired him again to renovate our bathroom as we speak. Watch this space for subsequent feedback. All around excellence!
