MKM Property Maintenance completed the work quickly and with care, Dan took the time to test an area of paving before starting. In addition to pressure washing, chemical treating and re-sanding the drive, Dan washed down the back garden paving, and I am delighted with the results. I had the garage doors, plinth of the house and soil pipe repainted and everything looks as good as new, all areas were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by MKM Property Maintenance. Dan fitted shelves and decorative brackets to perfection. Dan also did a very neat job in concealing the unsightly vertical pipes to the boiler, giving the room a whole new and improved look. A new internal door was painted and fitted properly to replace a badly fitted door which used to drag on the carpet. All work was completed in good time and at a fair price. Recommended.
