  Michael was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, explained clearly what needed doing, and got straight to work. The job was completed efficiently and to a really high standard. His communication throughout was excellent; he kept me updated and made sure I understood everything before he left. he was polite, tidy, and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone.
