Absolutely brilliant service! We accidentally locked ourselves out with a key still inside, and the locksmith arrived incredibly quickly, got us back in with no fuss, and charged a very reasonable price. I was a bit moody on the phone (just gutted it had happened!), but he was kind, professional, and totally understanding. Highly recommend if you’re in a panic and need someone reliable.

I had called several other locksmiths (Sunday morning), as I’d accidentally locked myself out of my house. Our windows and doors are very new and very sophisticated, and I was therefore in a bind and getting desperate. Despite what he describes as his top 3 difficult jobs in his career, Mike was very patient and conscientious, and he certainly didn’t give up, despite an increasingly desperate situation. mike was friendly, gave good advice. Replaced back door lock and checked front door lock was 3 star lock. Quoted before work and even got a receipt, highly recommend.
