We initially hired Mario and MK Building to convert our garage into a living space, but we were so impressed with the workmanship and efficiency we also asked him to install our new kitchen, which included knocking down our supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room, installing the steel beam, laying new floor and making the room ready for the kitchen installation and then installing the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. We are extremely happy with the end result. We cannot recommend MK Building highly enough; they are friendly, efficient, tidy and the end results are fantastic!

I highly recommend company. They removed a chimney to create a bigger bedroom and open plan kitchen and knocked a toilet and bathroom through. They fitted a bathroom, kitchen, laminate throughout and put up an internal door. They even managed to build a whole balcony and staircase on the back of the house which is spectacular. All work is of a high standard. Mario and his team are first class builders. They completed each task to a really high standard, communicated excellently when anything cropped up and sent above and beyond by completing the project within the estimated 5 weeks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had MK General Building in to sort out our RSJ beam installation, and they were excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and did an amazing job. Very polite throughout, offering helpful advice along the way. I would definitely recommend them and happily use their services again.

Marjo and Steph did an excellent job rejuvenating my old and dilapidated garage. They worked to a high standard and were very versatile, calmly tackling unexpected problems that cropped up. They were courteous, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. I can recommend them unreservedly.

Mario and his team completed a large patio and outdoor space. They are knowledgeable, offer great advice and the result is exceptional. The quality of their work is excellent, they arrive on time, are efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

I met the MK General Building team via my brother, who had just had the most beautiful patio designed and built. I was so impressed that I asked them to come and do a new patio and walkway for me, and I am so pleased I did! The results are amazing, there is literally zero impact on the lawn and flowerbeds, they were tidy, friendly and their communication was excellent.
