  Left lots of building waste, dirtied garage they used and told us to clean it. Cigarette butt's in the front and back of the house. No skimming on new ceilings installed just plasterboard, we can see the mesh between them and bowed ceiling. Gaps in LVT flooring they installed. The worst is moving 3 radiators and using 16mm MLCP piping that is not UK standard, refused to connect the radiators leaving unfinished work. Stopped responding to messages after money was paid. We have a 2 year old son and no heating and they know this and no plumber wanted to fix their mess. Became very rude at the end

  Stunning outbuilding!

  I hired MK Builders to lay a base for a shed. I planned to put an off the shelf shed on the new concrete pad, but chatting to Marek and team they offered to build something bespoke to my specifications - for a price between my two off the shelf options. The result is amazing! Super happy with the building - great service, quality craftmanship and attention to detail, excellent communication and at a good price. I would not hestitate to recommend MK and will be using them again.

  Glass conservatory to solid warm roof replacement

  In all the years we have had builders to carry out work in our house, We can’t thank MK Builders & team enough for the work they carried out. They turned up on time and just got on with the work. "Diligent and Efficient" any problems, they listened and fixed without any issues, which is a pleasure to see. They removed the exiting conservatory glass roof and replace it with a flat warm room, also did the lighting and painting. The entire team were professional and hard working from start to finish,, which exceeded our expectations. We would 100% recommended

  Structural steel installation

  Highly recommend MK builders - a competitive quote followed by the team performing a great job installing RSJs in my kitchen entryway with responsive communication throughout. 2 days work, all cleaned up and rubbish removed. Marek is a legend, he even helped me dig a post hole in the ground while I was out there at the same time. Lovely guys and won’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

  Excellent decorator.

  MK General Builder did a great job by installing the suspended ceiling in our living room,so we’ve asked them to put the wallpaper as well . Marek’s best decorating professional,Pawel,has done a magical job wallpapering the room in just a few hours to the highest standards. He also kindly put the new mirror on the wall for no additional charge. Everything been cleaned afterwards and furniture put back in place. Our room is unrecognisable now! Looking forward to spending many happy hours in it Thank you Pawel and MK General Builder !

  Problem solved,happy with results!

  We had 2 years’ problem with water accumulating on our pateo each time after raining. MK General Builder team was hired to install a drainage system to rectify this issue. They had to remove the slabs on the edge ,amend their size and lay them back after installing the drainage channel . The job been completed by Robert in 2 days. Excellent ,professional job ! The problem solved ,very happy with results.
