My experience with Kierran of MKE was one of the best experiences I've had with a tradesman, he was so thoughtful and concerned for his work, he really wanted the job to be done perfect for me, he constantly kept me updated on his arrival times, was never late and never let me down, this all makes such a difference when the job itself can stress you out as a homeowner, but Kierran seems to care too, and will go above and beyond to help, one tile had a slight chip and he came back the next day and replaced it just like that with ease and hardly any further mess, I give him 20/10 !!!

I was really impressed with the quality of work - attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. The tradesperson was extremely reliable and fulfilled all commitments as agreed. Communication was also very good throughout, with regular updates and responsiveness to any questions I had. On top of all that, the price was extremely reasonable and represented great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
