Martin Kot has done various tasks for us- redecoration of the entire property, bathroom renewal, floor tiling and flower bed bricks. He is professional and mindful of minor details. He tries to save cost to achieve the same goal. He offers good ideas for added value. His work is clean, tidy and of high quality. He has dedicated teams to work under his direction. He is relational, listens to our needs and finds a solution. He has a good memory. He returned to attend to our minor tasks, even when busy with major projects elsewhere; a favour to his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Refurbishment of home

Martin has been doing work for us for years. He’s simply great and now does work for the whole extended family. He listens carefully to what you want and finds a way to achieve the impossible. He comes in on the agreed budget and negotiates fairly and transparently if you want extras - we always do! The work has added real value to our property. Thanks also to Peter; such a hard worker and so gentlemanly - I barely knew he was there but the work was perfect. But Martin has never sent a bad tradesman….

I would highly recommend this company. They were extremely professional and their workmanship and finish was exceptional. The company name does not do what services they offer justice. These guys can do it all and I would certainly be looking to hire them again.

Painting a whole house

This was a very large painting job. Martin's team did a superb especially on repairing the old staircase which now looks like new. There was extensive making good on plastering to make the final paint job look good. His team are excellent!!

Martin and his team came to our rescue when a builder walked offsite. They took on our project with its legacy and did an excellent job. My only regret is that they did not do the project at the beginning. Our budget is now spent but I will wait to have Martin and his team back for phase 2. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone. He and his team are trustworthy, provide a high quality finish and importantly clean up after themselves!
