  Damp proofing and insulation

  We can’t rate MK Damp and Timber highly enough, they have now carried out two jobs in our house, damp proofing our dining room and bedroom and insulating another bedroom. The team are all extremely knowledgeable, reliable and helpful and went out of their way to finish all the jobs to a high standard, even coming back to clean carpets! We have recommended MK Damp and Timber to lots of friends and will be calling on them again ourselves too!

  Diagnosing and fixing small-scale damp problem

  MK gave us a clear and competitive quote following an initial visit which identified the causes of the problem. They arrived on time and did an excellent job over one and a half days. They treated points of ingress of the damp and refinished the areas affected. Mark and Kyle were great to deal with.

  Leaking roof

  The survey to completed work was two weeks. Mark showed me photographs of the damaged roof, and kept me informed of the the progress of the repair. Work was finished in two days, as quoted, with all rubbish removed and left tidy. Very happy with the prompt response, repair and result. I would recommend Mk Timber.

  Several damp issues in rental property sorted out

  I was very impressed with MK Damp and Timber, Mark and the guys sorted out several problems with damp in my Victorian Terrace property; they carried out the works efficiently and to a great standard. I think Mark has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dealing with damp. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
