Matt & his apprentice did a fantastic job renovating our bedroom. This included skimming all walls & ceiling, updating the electrics, installing a new radiator, install laminate flooring and to build and install 2 new wardrobes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt for any future projects.

Matthew was on time, courteous and the work was carried out with supreme professional capability . I would not hesitate to recommend, in fact, I have asked him to quote for additional design and building works.

We hired Matt to carry out a variety of works for a house refurbishment, including laying external brickwork, plastering and kitchen installation. Matt essentially took on the role of project manager, arranging contractors where needed. We have been extremely impressed with the work done by him and his team. Matt has gone above and beyond to get the work completed on time while maintaining an exceptional quality of finish. He and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Communication has also been fantastic with daily photo updates. Cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

We initially asked Matt to rip out our kitchen, knock through an internal wall and fill in an external door. We have since issued Matt with further works such as patching up chasing from a re-wire and he has provided us with great plasterers for a large space. Matt created a watsapp group to give us daily updates and pictures of progress. He’s flexible, communicative, and a hard worker. Will be using again for further building works needed.

We used Matt and Mk construction for a project to makeover our dated house. Matt’s been reliable, friendly and professional. Going above and beyond to get this project done so we can move in! Plastering, skirting and architraves fitted, radiators moved, boxed in our fireplace and built a partition wall with double doors- all work has been high quality! Matt is highly skilled and knowledgeable and even sent us photo updates of the project progression. In just a few weeks the house has been totally transformed. would recommend mk construction to anyone and we would 100% use again
