MKB have been brilliant - it’s never easy picking up a previous company’s work halfway though- but we cannot fault MKB - we are so happy with the finish, superb craftsmanship!
The communication was on point throughout, and they were seemless when it came to resolving any issues. They have been extremely accommodating when it came to last minute design changes, and they even had some brilliant ideas of their own which we have used! Cannot reccomend them enough to be honest and we could 100% use again for any future works.

Paving, fencing & guttering work

Matthew, Nick and Billy were professional, courteous and very tidy workers who obviously take pride in their work.
They completed some paving work at the front and rear of our house and installed a small fence. They also completed some remedial work to a project left unfinished by a previous tradesperson, transforming both aesthetic and functionality!
At all times Matthew kept us informed about the work and his schedule/plans and answered any questions we had.
Matthew came with a recommendation and we in turn would highly recommend him and his team.
Take out old concrete porch install new wood porch

I asked them to take out my old concrete porch and install new wood porch. Also asked them to paint exterior of my house. Matt, Nick & Bill turned up on time every day and got on with the work. They came this morning to Finnish off the work and must say my wife and I are very impressed with the work especially the porch which was made from scratch. A job well done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone and the boys it was a pleasure to meet them very easy to get on with well done
