The guys from MKB Developments were fantastic, punctual, reliable, friendly and clearly highly experienced. I could not recommend MKB enough and will use them again for any more projects on the house.

They came in and did the work to a high standard. Friendly. Kept me informed all throughout the process. Very happy with them.

Matthew, Nick and Billy were professional, courteous and very tidy workers who obviously take pride in their work. They completed some paving work at the front and rear of our house and installed a small fence. They also completed some remedial work to a project left unfinished by a previous tradesperson, transforming both aesthetic and functionality! At all times Matthew kept us informed about the work and his schedule/plans and answered any questions we had. Matthew came with a recommendation and we in turn would highly recommend him and his team.

I asked them to take out my old concrete porch and install new wood porch. Also asked them to paint exterior of my house. Matt, Nick & Bill turned up on time every day and got on with the work. They came this morning to Finnish off the work and must say my wife and I are very impressed with the work especially the porch which was made from scratch. A job well done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone and the boys it was a pleasure to meet them very easy to get on with well done

I am fussy, and particular, but I can honestly say Matt & Nick have been AMAZING….! Nothing was too much trouble and they always made suggestions to help me to achieve exactly what I wanted…! Will call MKB for all of my building requirements and have recommended them to friends and family.

Matt, Bill & Nick did a great job & would highly recommend & would definitely use again for future projects.
