Mike did our bathroom. To our horror he dot and dabbed the 60x60 wall tiles - against British tiling standards. As a result the tiles were very loose, creating a clear safety risk. At the time my wife was heavily pregnant and our situation was very delicate. Although Mike acknowledged the issue, he refused to fix it without further payment and refused to help before our baby’s birth. This caused major stress and left us feeling unsafe in our own bathroom. We were devastated and were forced to use others at more cost to ourselves.

Second bathroom fitted by Mike and his team, professional from start to finish and fantastic quality results, really clean and tidy workers who can’t do enough to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Pleased with decision made to have bathrooms and WC upgrade project carried out by MK Bathrooms. Not only that Mike was easy to work and collaborate with but also attentive to quality. Rectified things no matter how minor very swiftly to satisfactory. More importantly project finished on time, smoothly and tidy. Recommended.
