  We were extremely pleased with the work carried by this company. The professional work ethic of this company is second to none; the guys work really hard until the job is done and tidy up afterwards. We would not hesitate to recommend and to use them again, and indeed plan to do so.

  Extension to the rear of my house

  Very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend MK &Sons. They did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and giving me advice while working in horrible rainy conditions. My extension is beautiful and I am happy to rate thier reliability and trustworthy as excellent . All the guys were polite and helpful.

  House and garden improvements

  I have employed this company to do work in my house and garden. Cannot recommend this business enough. The staff is skilled and friendly. Also, they punctual and efficient. The pricing is competitive and good value for money. 1. My patio was laid in November. They were working hard and long days. It looks great, the surface level is neat, not any puddles left after rain. 2. Did remove an internal wall between kitchen and dining room, installed a lintel, removed another wall made of bricks, took out a sliding door, cleared all rubish. 3. Demolished an old shed and installed a new one.

  Housing repairs to the guttering

  MK and Sons LTD carried out terrific guttering repairs to prevent any leaking in the future. We were satisfied with the quality and professional builders who had it complete in one day. The hire of the scaffolding was brilliant and was more than efficient for the job. The workmanship was very neat and tidy and all rubbish was taken away with them. Thank you Modestas and your colleagues for carrying out our repairs. Thank you, we'll definitely recommend MK and Sons to others
