After checking our property for the pipes, all sounded good. We agreed on many points. They asked to sign a contract... but its appendix without seeing the contract! They even try to urge to sign one. When asked for a contract - they had none. They are either scammers trying to deceive or they are idiots - select the one you like!

Called in the early afternoon for a quote to fix a leak. Matt came out later on the same day and gave great advice which included replacing the rusty pipes I current had. A quote was sent on the evening which I went ahead with and the job was complete by close of play the following day. Super friendly and prompt service. Strongly recommend if you have any issues with water leaks.

Beyond brilliant . MJY utilities were told we were in a bad situation , our water had been shut off , left in a bad situation by insurance company , this company heard about our situation and came to see us in literally 5 minutes . Because of their excellent working relationship with Severn Trent they worked together to get my lead pipes replace , the damage undone and water supply returned within 24 hours ! The kindness from the workers , Matt especially was above and beyond . They were kind , quick , tidy , courteous , if your thinking of using this company, don’t hesitate !

The team arrived on time, as planned, to replace the external lead water pipes. They were well organised, knowledgeable and courteous. They had to dig 3 access holes for the mole and despite the ground consisting of heavy clay, they created minimal mess. This was tidied up before they finished and the area neatly restored. All in all an excellent job completed in a timely manner with minimum inconvenience.

Site work anywhere can have serious issues, where plan A is in difficulty. This company already had plan B for such an occasion in the shape of a versatile and top quality plumber. I'm very grateful for such skills.
