He arrived on time and was very pleasant. Found the blockage in the shower and was able to fix it. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. Have already booked him for another job. Matthew saw my request for plumber and called me immediately. He scheduled an appointment with me the next day which he honoured. When he arrived, he respected my house, removed his shoes and listened to what our concerns were. He inspected the area and there and then quoted for the job. On agreeing with the quote, He went bought the materials and did the repair in 45mins -1 hour like he had anticipated. He was a professional and knew what he was doing.
