Really happy with the service we received from Martin. He was excellent from start to finish.. very quick to respond to messages, kept us thoroughly informed, and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. He arrived a little earlier than the agreed time, which was a very welcome change for us! He was extremely respectful of our property, polite and humble, and completed the gutter repair quickly and professionally. We really appreciated that, despite having a busy schedule, Martin was able to accommodate our job. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, and the quality of his work was excellent. Needed 2 new tiles on roof. Martin gave quote and arranged date and time for completion. Great communication, reliable and friendly. Completed job without issue and offered some free advice regarding roof and repairs without any pressure. Would happily recommend and use MJ Taylor company again.
