Before I asked MJ Taylor to service my boiler and mega-flow system I rang them and asked for a quote and how long it would take. (I have had other engineers before who have left within 20 mins!). I was advised it would take between 1 to ¼ hrs. When the engineer came, he was pleasant enough but worked at speed and was in a real hurry, rushing about. After only 30 mins he said it was done and left. Whether my boiler and maga-flow system has been checked and serviced properly, I really don’t know. After only 30 mins on site after I was told it would be double that, I have very little confidence.

Prompt response, with advice, to initial contact. Emergency appointment made. Text received 5 mins prior to service engineer arriving. Diagnosed and rectified problem quickly. Cleared up as he worked. Polite, affable and professional young man. Can recommend without hesitation.
