Replied very quickly to my job request including quote for total price of work. Came out next day and replaced the faulty part within an hour. Really friendly and great communication.

Very helpful people at M J Taylor Plumbing & Heating. First class work carried out by Dan. He very kindly explained and showed me how to increase the boiler pressure myself should I wish to do this in future! 🤗.

Dan arrived on time and carried out the work in a very professional manner. He carefully showed me how to increase the pressure on the boiler. A personable young man who , I am sure, will go far. All round excellent service from M J Taylor Plumbing & Heating.

They are very effiecent and proffessional. They notified me when they would be arriving and arrived pretty much bang on time. They were polite and had cards to identify them. They were friendly yet proffesional and assesed the boiler while I was out in the garden. After only about 15-20 minutes they had completed the work. I' m still trying to pay them as they said they would send a link or something. I' m straching my head. Very impressed with MJ Taylor, I really am.

Got in touch with MJ Taylor on 17/03/25 about having a new Magnaclean fitted, Morgan got back to me the same day, he sent a quote for the work which I was happy with and the Magnaclean was fitted 20/03/25
