They repaired the boiler which had an error message on it

They are very effiecent and proffessional. They notified me when they would be arriving and arrived pretty much bang on time. They were polite and had cards to identify them. They were friendly yet proffesional and assesed the boiler while I was out in the garden. After only about 15-20 minutes they had completed the work. I' m still trying to pay them as they said they would send a link or something. I' m straching my head. Very impressed with MJ Taylor, I really am.

Broken Boiler on a sunday

Company were prompt with communication. Sadly they could not come out to fix the boiler on the Sunday as they were fully booked. However they came out at the time agreed the following morning and got the boiler working after fitting a new part. Sadly the following day the boiler was again not working. They came out the second time free of charge and didn't charge me for the second part they fitted. Thank god as the first bill was enough for 30 mins and 1 new part. Don't want to fate it but boiler has been working fine since. 🤞
