In summary a great experience from start to finish. I had limestone floor tiles fitted by Mike. He was clear on the quote, timelines and giving advice on why something would/wouldn’t work. Communicated well throughout, kept everywhere tidy and was here every day until the job was complete. Really professional and easy to get along with and happy to offer advice and references for future work to be carried out. I will be working with MJ property services in the future and can recommend you do too!

Mike re-tiled our family bathroom and en-suite. I’ve dealt with a lot of Trade over the years and I have to say, Mike stands head and shoulders above many of his peers. He gave excellent advice regarding what was required, where savings could or shouldn’t be made and clear advantages to me. When undertaking the work, Mike was diligent, a perfectionist, didn’t unnecessarily take over the house and an above all communicated well. I would highly recommend Mike to do any tiling jobs.

Mike had to level our kitchen floor before tiling as it was in poor condition. From start to finish he did a fantastic job. He gave advice and suggestions. So pleased with how the floor now looks.

Mike did some work for us on our kitchen floor, a while back now (forgot to write our review, but I thought better late than never!) Communication was great and we were really happy with work he did, and everything still looks great now! Looking at having more parts of our house tiled so will definitely be using Mike again!

From the day we first met Mike he was transparent, reliable and had a keen eye for detail. Mike worked with us the source and then fitted the appropriate units which required reinforcing a stud wall. The end product is fantastic and we highly recommend Mike!
