10 Delighted with our bathroom refurbishment

We have just had a full bathroom refurbishment with the old bathroom taken out by Simon and brand new bathroom installation. Simon was very polite, professional and very honest person. Very pleased with the work done. Simon was transparent and clear about what was needed and a friendly and professional presence in our house. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable. From start to finish Simon provided a fantastic service, reassuringly and explaining everything to the elderly homeowner. New radiators were installed where necessary, when items were needed that hadn't been included on the original quote homeowner was advised. The work was completed I the agreed time frame and everything was left so tidy and clean. Simon is fab, we would recommend him for all heating jobs, he set us up with a new boiler in the loft instead of the kitchen giving us more space and a second thermostat for our conservatory.
