Simon was really kind, taking the time to give us good, sound advice about a shower problem and he clearly explained the options for resolving the issue. In the end we decided to go for a new shower and he was super-speedy fitting this and friendly and helpful throughout. Simon helped replace our boiler and one radiator. He also very helpfully fixed the radiator in our cloak room, which previously had not worked properly for the past 7 years! Excellent work! Phoned Simon early in the morning as boiler wasn't working for our heating to come on. Simon came round same day and diagnosed the problem straight away,went out to get the part and came back ,fitted it,and all sorted.. Excellent service,friendly, efficient and totally trustworthy.
