Matthew arrived promptly to access the bathroom and to explain where we could have the new appliances fitted, he was very patient and took into account that we had a certain budget and gave us several options of bathroom fittings. We are very happy for Matthew to proceed with the bathroom.

Matt and team were very respectful and professional. Not only a great job removing the toilet, laying the floor tiles and reinstalling the toilet, they were extremely considerate and before finishing completely cleaned up any mess that was made. We were very pleased and would highly recommend

Matthew responded very quickly to my initial posting on Checkatrade, was quick to view the job and supply a competitive quote. He arrived every day on time and was very tidy clearing up every night before going home. Matthew fitted a new bathroom suite including complicated plumbing and pump, tiled and fitted new flooring. It looks great! I would not hesitate in recommending Matthew and hope to get him to refit our second bathroom soon.

Attention to detail was excellent, spotlessly clean on completion of job, highly recommended.

Job started out ok, didn’t always turn up on time but got stuck in when here, the issues started after the job was finished. Found a few issues, connected but no reply, connected again and given a date to sort, never showed up and has now gone no contact. The longer time goes on the more issue I am finding, holes drilled through wall into my sons room, only found after moving his chest of drawers, bits of grout missing and now the floor is lifting. Overall very disappointed as the work started well.
