At installation, the majority of paver bricks being used were showing a whitish coating (efflorescence). Appearance at completion was very different from images shown in contractors gallery prior to contract agreement. With no dispersal of the coating to date, repeated requests to contractor for rectification have produced no action. Contractor’s statements have included: describing recent jobs where efflorescence was a problem. Your suppliers now changed. You also said if the efflorescence not disappear in 6 to 8 weeks, you will seek liability from your supplier. All emails recorded.

Great job, the guys who came were brilliant, respectful of the house and did a perfect job. They came in and did the whole extension in under a day and for what they quoted. Highly recommended. Great guys and even better work.

Lay a porcelain tile patio about 48 square metres.

Took just 2 and a half days to dig out and lay patio. Came back three weeks later to clear the concrete that had been supporting the tiles. Very friendly team and very hard workers.
