My neighbour and I were looking to have caps put on our chimneys to stop birds coming down. I was phoned and a time was arranged for them to quote. A very courteous man arrived and quoted. We agreed for the job to be done a couple of days later. The team arrived and completed the job quickly, showing me photos of what had been done. I then asked for a quote for a flat roof job which they gave me and did the job that afternoon. I was very happy with all the work. They were mindful of neighbours and cleaned up very well after themselves. Invoices were given and I was able to pay online.

Estimates was done a couple of days before the actual work was carried out. An estimate was given and agreed. He issued a complete list of works the will done. The work started just after 10am, and they finished around 1pm. They started with on the spot assessments where video and photo was taken and showed them to me ao I know exactly the situation and what works is required. Did not pay anything till the job done. Cleaned after work. A certificate/guarantee for thwme work was also issued.

Mike was very thorough with his initial inspection and then again with his team when they came to complete several repairs. The work carried out included a roof clean and anti-moss spray, lead flashing repair and ridge tiles repointed. During the work, there were a couple of extra issues brought to my attention the team fixed these issues while they were here. There was great communication throughout and we're very happy with the work carried out. Our roof looks brand new and the house and garden were left clean and tidy. We will be coming to Mike and his team again in the future. Thank you

Michael is very professional and came on time. Explain everything clearly before and after the job. Took all photos for my views. Tidy up everything after work. Highly recommended. Very satisfied with the r work.

Mike and his team were excellent in their communication, speed and work. We had a roof leak and a ridge tile that had fallen. All the ridges ended up needing re-bedding as the previous owners had attached them with a mortar mix that wasnt right, the tiles were peeling off, but Mike and his team were quick to get on the job, organising scaffolding, sending photos of their progress and finished work, and cleaning the area after they'd done their work.

Really happy with the work done. Mike came out very quickly and was able to replace the tile on the spot. Will use his company again.
