The work was done professionally, in time. All waste was cleared and place left nice and tidy. Was given demonstration of the loft ladder and made me comfortable with it's usage. Michael was a true professional. Prompt turnaround from putting out the job on Checkatrade to site visit and during the visit Michael offered great advice. Did not push the most expensive option as he truly cared about the end result and what was best for the space. On the day of the install, Michael and Adam were prompt, professional and very tidy.
