  Commercial Office Loft Storage

  As a small business, we needed to utilize our office loft space for archive storage. Michael assessed our needs and installed appropriate reinforced boarding and a heavy-duty ladder system suitable for commercial use. He worked over the weekend to avoid disrupting our business hours. The finished installation has passed our health and safety inspection with flying colors. Excellent service from start to finish.

  New Loft Ladder Installation

  Had MJM install a new loft ladder as our old one was dangerous. Michael suggested the perfect ladder for our space and budget. Installation was quick and tidy - he even took away the old ladder. The new one is so easy to use, even my elderly parents can access the loft safely now. Very pleased with the service.

  Michael did an outstanding job boarding our loft. He was punctual, professional and completed the work in just one day. The new boarding is sturdy and has given us so much additional storage space. Great value for money too. Highly recommended!

  Loft boarding and loft ladder

  We had a great experience with Michael from start to finish. During our initial meeting, he was very helpful and informative. We wanted part of our loft boarded and a ladder installed. After inspecting the loft, Michael pointed out some mold issues and recommended installing vents to improve ventilation — which we really appreciated and agreed to. The whole process, from requesting a quote to the completion of the work, was quick and efficient. Michael was professional throughout, and when the job was done, the house was left spotless.   Loft extravaganza

  Michael was one of three tradesmen that I contacted through CheckATrade. His communication was excellent. He listened to what we wanted, adapted where needed, and provided an appropriate quote. He turned up when he said, carried out the work to an excellent standard, and finished when he said he would. He and his team were clean and tidy, hoovering up after themselves and taking care with the property. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him!
