10 Bathroom installation

We are very happy with our bathroom installation carried out by Michal and Jarek. They worked hard for long days, despite having some distance to travel to site. They were careful to protect the house at the outset and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were polite and considerate throughout and it was a pleasure to have them working in the house. Job location: OX10Michal and Cesare were absolutely fantastic installing our bathroom. They were neat and tidy and considerate and got on with their work very quickly. The quality of the work was impeccable and one can see the high standards and abilities they had. They made a beautiful room for us. I have always been a builder. I have always wanted to be a builder, and I quite simply cannot imagine being anything else. The satisfaction of building something with my own two hand of bringing together concrete, stone, wood and water and turning it into a home, everything fitting with perfect precision, is one that I cannot image living without.
The best part is when you put away your tools, fold up the sheets, clean away the last of the dust and show the client.
I've been doing it since I was a teenager and a couple of years ago, I took the leap and started MJ.MC. Builder Ltd - my own building company - and I have never looked back. When it's your own company and you are overseeing a project, you take that much more responsibility for it. It means always being on time. It means earlier mornings, harder days and often later evenings, it means you triple check every measurement and line before putting anything down because whatever happens you're going to keep working on it until you're satisfied, and more importantly until your client is satisfied.
I work with a number of skilled craftsmen. Men who work hard and always do a good job. I oversee all the work that is done, making sure that at the end of the day I am proud to put my name against it.
My business model is simple. Do a really good job, make sure that the client loves the work you have done for them, make sure that after the work is finished that if they ever need you, you are there for them and then, whether it is in two weeks or five years someone will mention to your client that they are thinking of an extension or having their kitchen redone and your client will recommend you. And that is how I stay in business.
