We had issues highlighted by surveyor in an old slate roof. I contacted Mark. He responded quickly and came to check the job. He organised scaffolding. Mark sent videos each day of what he was doing and further problems he’d found. We followed his advice and roof now watertight. He did additional work on chimney, also replaced ridge tiles. He was very helpful and explained things simply. I would recommend him. We will use again for further work.

Mark is a legend. Reliable, knowledgable and communicates through the whole process so you know exactly what’s going on. Great find for going above and beyond expectations.

I cannot recommend Mark enough. Whenever I see that written I never really believe it but in this case it's true. The time, effort, explanations, timings and advice where all above and beyond what I'd expect. Add to that the quality of the work, arrangements with thir-parties and a return trip to ensure everything was as it should be a week later. I've never experienced anything like it. Also, the daily video updates of what's been found and being done to resolve it are possibly the my favourite part if it! For the first time I feel like I understand what work has been carried out and why.

Mark is very polite and friendly and has excellent communication skills. He kept me updated for the entire process and was reasonably priced.
