    My washing machine is almost 12 years old. This is the second time I have used Mark in a few months for my washing machine. The second problem was different from the first one. Mark is extremely professional, honest and arrived promptly to fix it. I would highly recommend him and his call out fees are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Mark!

    Mark was able to see me the same day following a quick phone call. He was able to identify the issue immediately and carried the relevant spare part in his van. Following a deeper investigation he managed to fix the problem without needing to replace the part. Top service and highlight recommend!
