Professional and did excellent job

Mason text me beforehand to give me an arrival time. Turned up on time. Was clear with advice and instructions and information. Wet vacuumed water spill and repaired radiator pipe. Checked my outdoor tap and fitted brand new one that he carried on his van. Did a really professional job. lovely chap,polite and courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend Mason.

They replaced the cistern mechanism, but didn't tell me that the new one wasn't adjustable (the old one was), and they left the water level fixed 3cm lower than it had been. This is important to me as I have had trouble in the past clearing the bowl and need the maximum disturbance to do so. Had they told me beforehand we could have sorted it, even if it meant fixing the level at where it had been (as marked on the tank). Also the flush, although it works, does not work as well as it used to, sometimes needing more than one attempt.

Mason has done many boiler services, power flushing and general plumbing in all of my rental properties. Always turns up on time, highly reliable and recommended. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Had the lads in and were both financially and timescale efficient and would recommend to anyone 100% your getting great work with amazing garuntee.

Arrived as agreed, work carried out and completed, area left clean and tidy.
