I booked this plumber to unblock a sink, but the issue was not resolved and no “next step” was suggested. He left the bathroom messy and only made a very basic attempt using a plunger. When I queried this, he said I’d “just have to put up with it” and still demanded full payment. His manner became aggressive and he initially refused to leave. I didn’t feel he was honest or professional, and the service felt very much like a cowboy operation. I wouldn’t recommend his services and I really regret ever asking him to do the job. Avoid.

We had the system unblocked before we left, you then contacted us saying it had blocked again, so we issued a 50% refund to your account. when we booked in we said if we fail to unblock the drain we will charge half of the blockage fee and if we unblock it we will charge the full fee.
the work area was left tidy, there was no aggression in any way shape or form, out of 200+ reviews they speak for themselves. weve never had somone call us aggressive before i think your exaggerating things here & being spiteful towards our business.
