  Addressing the root cause of the fault in boiler

  My Vaillant ecoTech boiler gave an F23 fault on a regular basis. Matt suspected a partial blockage in the system. When he cleaned the magnetic filter, which needed encouragement from a few spanner taps, it disgorged a lot of gunge. (previous boiler engineers from British Gas and Homeserve refused to try to empty this filter saying it was too difficult to reach). Matt recommended he came back to do a powerflush and strongly advised to replace the pump. This he did as well as give the boiler a really good clean. Throughout, Matt explained what he was doing and why. I will use him again.

  Matt came and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts which came quickly and returned and fitted them. This was all done in a professional and helpful manner. He explained what he was doing and why and worked tidily and efficiently. Would highly recommend

  Installing a new Vaillant boiler and 227L cold storage water tank.

  Matt gave us an estimate for a replacement boiler. After we went through the problems we had with the original installation. Maintaining our two Bar power shower was a must for us which required us to keep our cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder, Matt then explained a combination boiler would be a far more efficient system cost wise to run, as we only had a half inch water supply pipe coming in, it was decided to keep our existing system, Matt was brilliant he lessened to our concerns and went along with it, ( Customer first approach ).   New Boiler Fitted

  Matt quoted for replacement Boiler, arranged date and time for the work to be carried arrived on time and work completed over 2.5 days. Was a complicated job as changing from gravity fed boiler to combi, so work required in the loft and kitchen where the boiler was positioned. Work carried out to a high standard, worked long days, always tidy and considerate to my property. Highly recommend.

  Kitchen taps fitted bath shower tap fitted sink taps fitted in the bathroom and shower rooms

  Matt arrived very friendly we had walk around where the work was needed to be done. Matt explained everything he would be doing, he thought he would have to take our bath out to fit new bath shower tap. Matt managed to do the work without taking the bath out after taking the bath panel off the P shape bath to replaced the bath shower tap put it all back together looks like a new bath and shower rooms with the work he’s done. Matt did not stop working all day very tidy took all the rubbish home. I would highly recommend Matt
