Only a small job of replacing a fan, however, came out on a bank holiday at no extra charge; phoned to say he could come earlier which was a bonus to us. Very pleasant man who got on with the job and was gone within the hour. Would I have him out again? YES. Due to it taking him a little less in travel time, I also got a 20% reduction in the cost too…an added bonus! Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with this company and have no hesitation in recommending the worker to everyone including Landlords like myself. Everying was explained to me carefully and thoroughly. All the required by law and all the work to comply. I was given some options to choose and at all the time I felt I understood everything about was needed to be done. The quote for the job was easily understandable and I was easily able to make a money transfer. Mujeeb is a very first and efficient worker, he was clean & tidy. Showing me the work as he went along. I can’t rate him high enough.

Mujeeb was thorough, flexible and got the job done as discussed. Provided advice for future-proofing the issue, and also tightened a loose handle in the kitchen, which had been bothering us for a while. Would be very happy to use again.

There was a power cut and I didn’t know whether it was my property or a national grid issue. At first, I was a panicked as I didn’t know what to do. He was really calm and talked me through everything over the phone, I sent photos of the fuse box etc and he talked me through everything about what to look for regarding the national grid issue. He told me how to contact national grid and what to inform them of. He was reassuring and informative and very helpful in a stressful situation. He then contacted to check whether the problem was resolved. I would recommend and use in the future.

Very punctual , very communicative , very professional and very good at explaining what was wrong and how he would fix it.
