This was the second time we have used MJB. Mike diagnosed the problem from the emailed information I gave him, ordered the part and came out once it was available, to install it. His communication throughout was excellent and he arrived as planned, quickly fitted the part and repaired the fault. Reliable, efficient and friendly - first class service

Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. The problem was diagnosed quickly, no repairs needed as was down to a balancing issue. They were on time, very respectful of my house and very polite. Will definitely keep this number handy and would recommend.

Mike was absolutely brilliant - sorted out my broken dryer in days, ordering the necessary parts & coming back to fix it. He was communicative and efficient.
